At Bayanah, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help. Our refund and returns policy is in place to provide clarity on the process of returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read through the following sections to understand our policy fully.
Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. To request a refund, please ensure:
- The product is returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please inspect sale items carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, please contact us at bayanahhomedev@gmail.com and send your item to our Shop. Ensure that the product is in its original condition, including packaging.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and processed, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be responsible for handling the return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to our shop address.
Please note:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
